Cafeteria Training Plan

You create the training class!

Classes can be taught at your site using the cafeteria plan. This means a "core curriculum" of 11 chapters selected by RCAd and followed by 6 client selections. For more information about training, send an e-mail to rightclick@earthlink.net.

Core Curriculum:

  • Understand questions to ask before you create an online project

1. Learn the Possibilities before you buy/create a RoboHelp WebHelp project

  • Learn the possibilities to make educated decisions

  • Requirements of RoboHelp outputs for the Help develop and the user

  • Understand the RoboHelp environment including Pods

2. Create a WebHelp Help project and navigate the RoboHelp environment

  • Before you create a Help project

  • Explore the RoboHelp environment

  • Use the compile pane 

  • Understand the necessity of underscores

  • Use right-click menus to your advantage

3. Add and manage topics and folders and import Word documents

  • What are topics?

  • Create, reopen, edit and delete topics

4. Format topics with cascading style sheets

7. Add and size images and horizontal lines

8. Compile the Help project into a CHM/WebHelp

  • Learn to compile and run (view)

9. Build an index with the Index Designer and the Smart Index Designer
